Personal Essay
is a journalist residing in Brooklyn, where he spends most of his time reading legal documents and scavenging furniture and books from the street. He's done stints in Seattle, London, and San José, produced a few short films, sold books, made coffee, washed dishes, sliced lox, tutored kids, and shuffled paperwork for tax agencies.
